OURIN apples are often thought to have strong acidity due to its beautiful yellow-green skin, but it is actually a delicious apple with high sweetness level and a crispy texture. It also has a rich aroma and is best for dessert or snacks.

This product is not the best for gifting due to the external blemishes. Nevertheless, the taste of the apple is still as good as the gift quality.

FARM FACT: Oyu Farm, located in the Aomori Prefecture, grows apple trees on a sloping terrain with excellent drainage and sun exposure. As a result, the apples have a more delicious taste as compared to those grown on flat ground. The Oyu family has been an apple farming family for 5 generations, and the current owner has been cultivating the apples with great care and dedication, using the cultivation techniques that have been passed down and refined over time. They have been using their unique cultivation methods without any chemical fertilizers since 2000 and are also certified as an eco-farmer.
At Oyu Farm, apples are grown and selected by hand instead of machine. Skilled workers carefully select them based on color, shape, weight, and other factors from various angles.
